The coffee roaster machines they offer are outstanding, and the support is exceptional. One weekend, my call was returned in less than three minutes after I sent a text message requesting urgent help—even though it turned out not to be a real machine issue. Thank you, Amer!

Decent family owned company, that is somewhat short on the product. Machines seems to be built by them, so occasionally you may have to wait for the one you want, or special order it. There is similarly named company that tends to be fraudulent as the first commentator said. He probably confused them. Other company i would not want to work with.

These guys have the all time best customer service. Anytime I have a question or need direction on service Amer is prompt to answer and always knows how to help. Ambex is a one stop shop for all your coffee roasting needs.

I havent done business here, but an interesting tidbit of information about the previous business at this location. In 1984 you could order Alfred E. Neuman for President swag from this address.
