Chef Brad is absolutely amazing — he went out of his way to customize my sub exactly the way I wanted. I love Cajun spice, but I wanted it paired with Jamaican turkey, and he made it happen without hesitation. What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and politeness. He took the time to listen, made thoughtful suggestions, and ensured everything was perfect. Employees like Chef Barb truly make the company. He is a big asset to Firehouse Subs, and this kind of service is what keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend! 🌟

Love the gluten free bread! It's so nice to be able to eat a good quality sub on a gf bun! So many restaurants completely ignore the need to provide items for people with food allergies. I appreciate that Firehouse comes through. The new location is very convenient

Probably the nicest Firehouse Subs I've ever seen! The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating - even with our drink spill (oops!) The new fries are SO good that we got 3 more orders to go!! The Hero sauce is a must! Their double chocolate chip cookies are to die for! (I took a lot of pictures but I don't see anywhere to post them.)

This firehouse is our new go to. We used to go to the one at Clearwater mall. Since this one opened its much better service, they taste better and the GM and crew over there are much nicer, and friendliness is great!!! Atmosphere feels better. Do happy this location opened up. See you soon!!!
