King Potato FOODTRUCK

I saw this food truck on my feed and decided to try it out tonight — and wow, I’m obsessed! Easily a 10/10. I had the Chicken Alfredo Loaded Potato and the Hot Dog Loaded fries, and both were so good. The Alfredo was creamy, the chicken was juicy, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The hot dog one had amazing flavors and those homemade sauces just tied it all together. Huge portions, great prices, and seriously delicious food. You can tell they care about what they make. Definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance!

Here is a buffalo chicken but on a sweet potato! Cut more than half the calories, but not flavor. The sweet potato was cooked perfectly, soft inside but crispy skin. Simply request any specialty potato on a sweet potato, you will not regret it. The owners are amazing, and I’ll happily be back to support!

Service and food were amazing. My girlfriend and I shared two Chicken Alfredo potatoes. I finished mine before she could finish hers, so she had to take hers away from me. Highly recommend!

King Potato food truck is in the Little Saigon Plaza next to the popular Perro y Salsa hot dog stand. With multiple restaurants in the plaza, these food trucks add cultural fusion with delicious recipes. Jeremiah, and I took it advantage of advantage of the B1G1 mojo pork potatoes deal. Ninah prepared delicious trays.I've baked potatoes topped with tender Mojo pork, cheese, the garlic and cilantro sauce, onions, black beans, sweet plantains and more. They were so filling we took to go plates. Definitely. Give them a try and i'm sure you won't go back for a different Potato soon.
