Customer Reviews
I ordered jumbo shipping last week they were good, not enough seasoning. Today, to much seasoning to masked them being cooke in old grease. Burnt is completely different than being cooked in old grease. My suggestion don't order on Sunday, it's the end of the week and we don't care day! I called to complain about the old grease, the older gentleman that answered asked me SO WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO ABOUT IT? Which lets me know they knew it! My response was , nothing because I don't know what I would get after complaining!
I had to give it some kind of star in order to give a review. The customer service is terrible. We placed an order for our office and it was cancelled. I called to get an understanding and the phone just rings. When a Man finally picked up and I asked when the money would be placed back on my card, he hung up on me. This is not acceptable and I will make sure to help others understand that this might not be the place for them. Trash service.
This was literally the BEST fried chicken I’ve had in a long time!!!!! It was soooo good!! I AM A REAL CUSTOMER!!!! This was amazing!!!!!! The customer service was great and Jay was very dope and made our first time experience AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you!!! We will be back!!!!!
Dropped by this place out of a recommendation from an acquaintance. It’s a small serving counter for fried fish/chicken, cooked while one waits. What’s notable here is the amiable staff. BUT THE FOOD WAS A CATASTROPHIC DISAPPOINTMENT. The fish in particular was the blandest food I’ve tasted. It’s fried crisp but neither the batter nor the fish were seasoned. It was splashed with what looks like powdered pepper but there’s no pepper, not even a hint of salt. Worst, the batter is like tasteless crumbled cardboard. It was very thick, the coated batter can be peeled off the fish. The take away 10-piece “party” fish was a terrible mistake!!! My search for palatable fried fish in this town continues.
Don't sleep on the burgers and puppies. The seasoning on the puppies was divine... and the fries were sooo amazing! I wanted the chicken but couldn't have it the day I ate takeout, but it was so delicious and no frills good. Classic.
