All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar

Came here to enjoy a nice dinner while watching the Seahawks game. Stuck with mostly drinks and appetizers. I can vouch for the fried Fritto appetizer and the ceviche. The ceviche is one of the best I've had in a long time. The seafood chowder was fair. Both myself and another in my party felt it tasted more like cream than seafood. It certainly was not bad by any means but lacking the seafood flavors. What certainly ended this visit on a high note was the dessert. The fresh donuts along with sauce and cream were without flaw. It was a perfect dessert. The service was good but there were a few long waits and some slight miscommunications. It wasn't a perfect visit but I would certainly return given the opportunity.

Oysters were oysters, but that’s just as much my unrefined palate as anything. The presentation was photogenic and the staff helpful. The NW chowder was dominated by the bacon, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. My sockeye salmon was fabulous. A bit of char on the bottom. Not too fishy. I could’ve had another order and been happy. The quality of every item was high, with prices to match. Dinner ran $90 with those 3 selections. Not a restaurant I’d ordinarily stop at, but for a special occasion it fits the bill.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while in Seattle for work and was pleasantly surprised by this spot inside Hotel 1000. Tuna Crudo ($25) — Beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. The cubes of tuna were buttery and melt-in-your-mouth, topped with crispy shallots that added a nice crunch. Well-seasoned and the portion was generous for a crudo. Clam Chowder ($14) — Creamy, rich, and exactly what you want on a chilly Seattle evening. Topped with fresh chives and served with grilled bread on the side. Classic Pacific Northwest comfort food done right. The presentation on both dishes was upscale without being pretentious. Our server Brittany was attentive and friendly. Total: $50 for two appetizers including tip — on the pricier side, but the quality matched the price. Would definitely recommen

Staying at Hotel 1000, we decided to stop by the restaurant connected to it—and it turned out to be a great choice! We had an excellent breakfast; a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it. The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the host who made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich or the pancakes—both were fantastic!

Was pleasantly surprised by the food here (happy hour), the burger was one of the best we've had at a restaurant, thick cut bacon and perfectly seasoned / crispy fries. Lentil soup was also delicious and the Old Fashioned was on point. 5 stars
