this place is incredible and so authentic!!! been back a few times already and tried the nasi lemak chicken, nasi lemak pork, assam laksa, and har mee (pictured) and everything is delicious! it’s best to bring it back and reheat it yourself at home but 10/10

Got some Xing Fu bubble tea and decided to walk down a random alley to avoid the crowd. Ended up stumbling upon this hidden restaurant — the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, taking his time to show us his dishes. We ended up getting the nasi lemak with chicken, and it was very authentic Malaysian. I’m not Malaysian, but having been there before, it genuinely felt like being transported back. The chicken was tender, the rice was flavorful, the curry had a nice kick, and the sambal was delicious. Easily a 10 out of 10.

I got some dessert soup and snacks here and they were so good! The owner had unique snacks like small bite sized curry puffs with shrimp floss inside. I’m coming back next time to try her savory dishes!

Affordable and good authentic tasting. Come earlier so there are more options. Would recommend!

Found this from FlushingFoodie's stories!!! This is definition of hole in the wall. I would not see this if not for IG! They serve prepared Malaysian entrees ($10) and deserts ($5) that can be microwaved/heated up for you to enjoy there. I got the prawn (shrimp) mee noodles soup which has some slices of pork, fishcakes, and some shrimp. I liked the two types of noodles. Reheating it at home was fine! Tasted great. I even added water because the broth had a lot of flavor. The $5 babur cha cha was amazing. It had 3+ types of root veggies (ie: sweet potato varieties), sago, beans, and some chewy colorful tapioca thing in a coconut soup base. I loved this. I also added water as it was a bit too sweet for me but I loved the amount/quality of ingredients. This desert is great value and is rank
