All About Poke

I don't know how the staff at this store are trained, but employees are incredibly kind and friendly to customers. I'm so grateful to both the male and female employees. Even if you're not satisfied with the food, the kindness of the staff will comfort you. It was the best kindness I've ever experienced in my life.

I’ve been coming to all about poke for over 6 years now and it’s honestly been one of my go-to spots for poke. The food has always been good and it’s a place i’ve recommended to friends many times. This most recent visit was a little disappointing though. I came in about 45 minutes before closing, and the female employee working seemed extremely bothered the moment i walked in. She let out a big sigh, asked if i was picking up, and when i said no it felt like she was even more frustrated. throughout the ordering process she seemed unhappy to be helping, which made the whole interaction pretty uncomfortable. The food itself was still fine, but the portions felt smaller than usual. I ordered a large bowl and there was still a lot of empty space, and when i asked for a little more toppings

Ordered the tuna here for the second time and it's just not that good. The cuts are bad and you end up spitting most of it out because you can't chew it. The portions are also very small with very limited side options that do not justify the price. I paid over $15 plus a tip for a bowl the size of my hand. Service was good but they ask for a 15% or higher tip for a chipotle style service. I doubt I'll be going back. So many better options out there. I guess I'm still chasing that Rainbow Poke place I found in Van Nuys!

Was one of the best poke places with generos amount of servings. The tuna is actually marinaded beforehand and highly recommended 👌 👍 😋 Cute little place at Burbank

The customer service was great! I forgot to ask for their names, but the male server who helped me with my small salmon poke bowl with avocado and spicy Mayo sauce was really kind today! There was a couple of people in front of me, but the communication from him was great. It’s always good to ask someone “how’s your day going?” It can really brighten up their day. And the cashier was very very kind too, cool I’d say! I usually always gets my regular guava Hawaiian Sun drink from anywhere…. But when he recommended the tropical iced tea as better than Arizona iced tea… I was very agreeable once I took a sip! Thank you guys, I hope you guys have a great day!
