Alchemy Wine & Beer

I just had my daughters bridal shower at Alchemy. It was an absolutely fabulous venue! The staff was helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. Several people commented that it was such a fun shower with a casual upbeat vibe. The large “garage doors” were open letting in light and a nice breeze ! We can’t say enough wonderful things about hosting an event at Alchemy !!

These guys are amazing!!!!! Chef Charlie literally does no wrong - food is amazing, and I literally haven't had something off the menu I didn't love. The people here from top to bottom are incredible, friendly and sweet. Great atmosphere here and a beautiful patio. Long story short, if you haven't checked this place out, you are missing out.

I went here for the first time this week and was very pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were phenomenal and the pizza was THE BEST I've ever had. That's saying a lot as a Buffalo native with a thousand pizza options in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot to have a drink with a friend.

This is truly a hidden gem in Hamburg! We really don’t want to share it with others but we will! Chef Charlie is amazing every thing he makes is top notch melt in your mouth!! If you have allergies or anything he will work with you to create something special!! Take the time to say hello to him it’s fun to hear his enthusiasm for his creations!! Kelly the bartender makes everything fun as do all of the staff! As I said perfect night out!!

Emily and the Bubble Bar was probably the best decision I made when planning my daughter’s graduation party! She was great with the guests, drinks were plentiful and it was SOOO CUTE! Would recommend and hire her again!
