Alamo Steakhouse & Saloon

Experience overall was great. We had Addison as our server. I felt she was very attentive and present. The food was great(photos attached) but we only had happy hour drinks and appetizers. The crowd wasn't busy so hard to give a full review, but from what we had I was very impressed. We sampled all the happy appetizers and had zero complaints, just a pleasant suprise of never trying wasabi ranch I believe it was. Been a long time since I've Alamo, but will be returning with others.

This used to be a great place to eat but the service , kitchen help and management waite staff and food portions has really fell well below the acceptable standards . The service staff was overwhelmed, with too many tables and patrons and was not able to keep up. The management offered to fix more food because of the portion size , the porkchops looked like 1 cut in half to make 2 the chicken breast looked the same . Drinks were not replenished in a timely manner other tables that came in after we did were getting there food first , then other tables orders of salads were dropped off at our table completely unacceptable. With a brand new Texas Roadhouse in the area this place is going to have to really step their game up if they want to keep their loyal patrons happy .

First time visiting tonight 3/7/26, looked extremely busy but no waiting at the bar and it’s our favorite spot. Food was amazing! 8 oz Distller, broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes 🤤 The bartender was so nice. Jordan P keep up your cheery personality, you helped make are trip a success.

This place is horrible, food was cold I got a new York steak well done came out undercooked and cold, daughter got shrimp linguine came out cold wife and son both got ribeys medium well .One came out well done and the other was cold and medium rare. Honestly wasn't worth 150.00 this place sucks you can get better food a McDonald's.

The food here was pretty good. The breading was on the heavy side but still flavorful. Baked potato and sides were good. Great value for the price! This meal could’ve fed two people for less than $15! Server was nice and kept checking on us! Would recommend.
