A.K. Pizza

Landed in Seattle from Canada & immediately had to come check out this spot that’s been on my must try list!! Omg. It did NOT dissappoint. The craftsmanship they put into their pizza is meticulous. The slices are huge and toppings are so generously & evenly distributed that EVERY bite was immaculate. The ingredients are so fresh and they told us about how they source it all the way from Italy. Amazing. I would pay $60 for this easily and it was only $38 for the special. Can’t wait to go back!!

Best pizza in Seattle—worth the chase, but the chase is the catch. We finally scored an A.K. Pizza pepperoni last night, and the quality is genuinely exceptional. The 18" pie easily feeds 2–3 people. The crust is the star: crisp on the outside, airy with a great chew, and it holds up to the toppings beautifully. Sauce-to-cheese balance is spot-on, and the pepperoni is top tier. Taste-wise, this is my #1 in the city right now—yes, even edging out our usual favorite (Lupo). That said, a few things make the experience harder than it needs to be: Location + “best eaten immediately” reality: If you’re coming from north Seattle or the Eastside, the drive home means you’re almost guaranteed to eat it close to 30 minutes after it leaves the oven. Amazing pizza! Classic style, fresh taste and generous portions! The pizza was large and fantastic! Crisp crust held up great, the sauce tastes of fresh tomatoes and every thing has the flavor of high quality ingredients! Also, treated myself to one of the cookies which was delectable with large chocolate chunks, the salt sprinkle gives it a wonderful balance. Service was fast and friendly! Parking can be tough but the close by shopping center on the corner was a good spot. I will come back here for sure! Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT pizza. I’m a lover of all kinds of pizzas but AK Pizza is currently at the top for me in Seattle. Sure, the limited-ness and pre-ordering can be frustrating but it’s also rewarding when you finally get it. Hopefully they can up the production of pizzas later down the road. Also, the pizzas may be “expensive”, but no more expensive than other great Seattle pizza spots. If anything, AK Pizza is more worth it to me because 1) the ingredients used are of high quality and you can taste and smell it, and 2) their pizzas are 18 inches compared to a lot of other spots that charge the same amount for a damn 16 incher! The ONLY downside I’ve experienced was a super charred crust one of the two pizzas I had first ordered. Since ordering again, the crust has been good though. So YMMV.

Honestly some of the best pizza I've had in Seattle. The pre-orders may be hard to get but definitely worth it to keep trying!! The pizza is big and can easily feed 2-4 people. The flavor is perfectly balanced and none of the ingredients overpower eachother. Also don't sleep on the cookie- it may look like it's going to be really sweet but like the pizza it's perfectly balanced.
