Aji Ceviche Bar Casselberry – Peruvian Restaurant

My friend and I had lunch at Aji Ceviche bar and we were pleasantly surprised. I like Peruvian cuisine and tried many different places. This restaurant offers really authentic Peruvian dishes from ceviche to stews and soups. We had Sudado de pescado and seafood aguadito. Both of them were very delicious and the portion was generous. The staff was also friendly answering all our questions patiently. The place was well visited despite being the weekday lunch hours in a quiet area. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes.

We had an amazing experience at Aji Ceviche Bar, and Lulu truly made our night exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure everything came out perfectly and on time. Lulu’s professionalism and warm attitude elevated the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find service this good. We will definitely be coming back and asking for her again. Highly recommend!

Ceviche and grilled octopus at Aji Ceviche Bar were just delicious. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, and cooked to perfection. Will be back for sure!

She checked in at the perfect times and had great menu suggestions. The food was excellent, but Lulu’s service really took the experience to the next level. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again!
