Airi Ramen Sushi (Jordan Ranch）

We’ve visited this restaurant several times before leaving this review, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently lacking on each visit. There has been significant lag time at every stage—being greeted after seating, receiving drinks, placing our order, food delivery, and follow-up at the table. On both occasions, it was very clear we had finished our meals and were ready to leave, yet no one checked on us. We ultimately had to get up ourselves to find to-go boxes and request the check at the front desk in order to pay. The food itself is decent, and the plating is nice. The décor and ambiance are well done and create a pleasant atmosphere. This is such a cute date night spot! The interior is adorable and well decorated. Loved that they had Pokemon playing on one of the tvs! Food is phenomenal. The basil chicken karaage and pork belly baos are must order appetizer. Sushi was very fresh and well presented. My favorites were the sea crown and airi roll. Spicy miso ramen had delicious broth, thick pieces of pork chashu and the eggs were perfectly jammy. The 72 hour ramen was the highlight of the meal. The rich, beefy broth was amazing and topped with angus beef that was perfectly cooked. They have beer and sake to pair with your meal as well. Definitely recommend checking them out to get your ramen/sushi fix.

We went for the first time today. The restaurant is very pretty with booths for a cozy atmosphere. My husband tried the 72 hour beef Ramen, which was excellent. I had the crunch roll, which was fresh and flavorful. Our waiter was attentive and willing to offer suggestions. would highly recommend the restaurant.

In a newly build location. Food was great. For anyone is military affiliated they do not offer a military discount like most places in the area. Ramen and shaggy dog roll was good. But the gyoza were doughy and undercooked. We’re pan fried but taste not cooked al the way. Wish they would deep fry it. They do have tvs in there to watch so good for those who don’t want to miss any sports games. My advice is to turn on subtitles because restaurant is noisy so seeing words on screen would help.

Omg, so. Where to start. I just recently tried this place and it BLEW MY MIND. Let’s start with the service: the host, Sofia, greeted me with a smile and was quick to help me sit down. My server, Maria, got to me really quickly, and was really nice! She was so understanding with me since I was so indecisive. She recommended me a ramen(won’t lie, I forgot the name cause I just said yeah I’ll get that). And when I tell you I was not disappointed, that feels like an understatement. It was DELICIOUS. All and all, if I want ramen, this is the place I’ll go.
