Really good Mexican food. Not like, "good for Wyoming" but just plain good! The chicken milanesa is perfectly breaded, and the birria is good too!

The setting and the service are exceptional and then the FOOD! Never disappoints. I will say my family likes things spicy and it doesn’t sit well with me so when order, I remind them I am weak and they are very sweet to accommodate. It is a family favorite for lunch, dinner, date night, or family meals.

Overall good experience. Food was yummyand staff were friendly. We were a group of ten with two separate checks and they charged a large group fee of 20% which seemed pricey.

Decent for Mexican food in Wyoming. It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t like, “Wow! This is the best.” Being from SoCal, it’s honestly hard to compare Mexican food in other places—nothing is ever as flavorful or as fresh. I got the combination platter with picadillo (shredded beef) enchilada, pork tamal, and chile relleno. It also came with rice and beans. Like I said, it was decent. My husband got the pork chile verde. Normally we’re used to shredded pork in chile verde but this was more like a pork chop cut up into bite size chunks. He wasn’t totally stoked on the sauce and felt it lacked flavor and needed a lot of salt. Service was also just average. Excellent Mexican cuisine in Afton, WY. Surprisingly good food with a top notch decor. Very comfortable dining room that is a notch above most Mexican restaurants. Food is seriously good and cooked to order. Many families but all age groups dining here. Highly recommended. Salsa good, cabbage/pepper salad very good.
