Adrian Fish Market & Restaurant

I’m basing this review solely on the food and experience from my recent visit. I had high hopes for Adrian's. After a trip to Key West, I’ve been on a mission to find a whole fried fish that replicates the savory, delicious version I had there. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. While the fish looked great, it was dry, bland, and entirely tasteless. There wasn't a trace of salt or seasoning to be found. When I asked the waitstaff about the lack of flavor, the response was simply, "That’s just how they do it." No manager or higher-level staff came by to address the issue. In my opinion, if a restaurant serves food this under-seasoned, they should provide a disclaimer—just like a spice level for heat. On a scale of 0–5, this fish earns a 0 for flavor. The food was spectacular, super fresh and full of flavor. The service was amazing, and being able to choose your own seafood makes the experience even better. I don’t know if something changed, but now the food and service are 10/10. Highly recommended this is a place you have to try. Thank you, Lía and Made, for the excellent service.

Last Saturday my dad was craving seafood—he really wanted a good fish soup. I immediately thought of Adrian Fish & Market in Southwest Ranches, and wow… we ate deliciously. I must admit I made the mistake of not taking photos of the food before diving in (my apologies for that) but at least I can show you the place! The atmosphere is very friendly, the food is exquisite and fresh. The fish soup with rice was amazing, and don’t even get me started on the seafood grill 🦐, you have to try it to believe it. “Made” took care of us, and she was such a sweetheart. I promise to come back, take proper photos of the dishes, and add them here. Totally worth it.

This was my first visit, It was for a quick to go purchase. The grouper sandwich was decent - a bit on the dry side, but a touch of sauce would've elevated it. Despite that, I'm eager to return and explore other menu options...

I had the BEST experience at Adrian’s Fish and Seafood, and it’s all thanks to Jhon. From the moment you walk in, Jhon makes you feel like a VIP. He’s welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares that you leave happy (and full). He took the time to explain the menu, gave honest recommendations, and made sure everything came out fresh and exactly how we wanted it. The seafood? 10/10. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. You can taste the quality. But what really makes this place stand out is the service. Jhon doesn’t just “do his job” — he goes above and beyond to create a great experience. If you’re in Southwest Ranches and craving amazing seafood with even better service, ask for Jhon. He’s the reason we’ll definitely be back.
