The Original Pancake House

I recently visited The Original Pancake House with my family and we had a great time. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious. We ordered the strawberry crepes, pancakes, steak and eggs, and the clubhouse sandwich, everything tasted great. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and a really enjoyable family outing. Great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our Server, Jose, was awesome. Very energetic and cordial from the moment he greeted us, through the serving of our food, and always checking to see if we wanted more coffee. Keep in mind, it was a Sunday during the lunch period and the place was crowded. Kudos to Jose. We are definitely going back again this Sunday. Oh, by the way, the steak and eggs were amazing. Thanks Jose for your positive and cheerful personality.

Jose at The Original Pancake House in Pembroke Pines made our visit absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He checked on us just the right amount, kept our drinks filled, and made great recommendations that really hit the mark. What stood out most was his warm, positive attitude — he made us feel welcomed and taken care of, not just “served.” It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and professionalism at the same time. Jose is a big reason we’ll be coming back, and he truly represents what great customer service should look like. If you’re dining here, ask for Jose — you won’t be disappointed!

Service was great; food was not. Atmosphere was average. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived but started to pick up by the time we left. I ordered the chorizo omelet with side of chocolate chip pancakes. My husband ordered French toast, bacon and eggs.

5 Stars – Outstanding Breakfast Experience! We had an amazing breakfast at The Original Pancake House in Pembroke Pines / Southwest Ranches. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was spotless, organized, and welcoming. Our waitress Ledys was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The pancakes were fluffy, light, and baked to perfection, and the omelette was absolutely delicious. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. The service overall was top-notch, and the atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy a quality meal. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for an excellent breakfast and great service!
