Abuelita's

Stopped in here for some take away breakfast. Only two small tables inside and an outside table. Not great for eating there. However the service was great and the food was even better. I got the breakfast platter with bacon and a chili relleno. So bomb. Comes with beans and rice too with tortillas. Get the red oil sauce. Good flavor and good heat.

Abuelita’s Mexican Restaurant – Longmont, CO Pulled up to Abuelita’s for a breakfast burrito—had heard it’s a local favorite and wanted to see what the hype was about. The burrito was solid. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely good. Fresh, warm, and satisfying. Not something I’d drive across town for, but I’m glad I tried it. That said, you can tell this place means something to the community. It’s got that low-key, hidden gem energy— I respect that. 4.0/5 – worth checking out if you’re nearby.

Amazing breakfast burritos. Great flavor and mix of ingredients. The sauces are well balanced. Quick and friendly staff. In and out fast. The kind of food you crave when you’re out of town and the place you suggest when people ask where they can get a great breakfast burrito.

I ordered the Cicharron burrito and a large bowl of menudo. Absolutely worth it! I feel like the lady, that may very well be Abuelita, has a wise way of reading people and she was great! The Chicharron burrito was loaded with chicharron and a thin layer of refried beans it was delicious! The menudo was incredible and I'm am so happy I'll be making this my Saturday first stop!
