A B&B At Llewellyn Lodge

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights in room #5. The lodge was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Our room was extremely comfortable! The lodge is a quick 15 minute walk to downtown, with a variety of shops and restaurants. John was an excellent host, and made delicious breakfasts both mornings. We were truly spoiled by the service! We would definitely recommend the lodge to any visitors to Lexington and the surrounding area.

What a find!! We loved our stay at Llewellyn Lodge. John was so welcoming and our room (#4) was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good and John was so accommodating - as promised he had our food on the table at 7:30 so we would head out by 8:00. Lexington is a lovely town. Hopefully we will be able to visit again for a more leisurely stay. There is so much to see in the town - but this time around we were just passing through! We will definitely stay at the Llewellyn Lodge B&B! We did not have the opportunity to meet Ellen - although I did have her renowned omelette - but John gave us lots of history about the area and was wonderful company!

My mom and I recently stayed here for a night and loved it! John was so kind and helpful, and made a delicious omelet in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Lexington --- John made it feel like home for us!

This past February was my second stay at the Lodge, and it further solidified it as my choice when staying in Lexington, Virginia. It is priced fairly compared to even the major franchised hotel chains around Lexington and is located in a better location than all of them. The Lodge's location is great, being located conveniently close to VMI and the main accessible roads of Lexington. The parking lot of the lodge is open and easy to park in, and the turn into it is easy to find. The street that you have to pull out onto is not all that busy, which is always a plus. ||The rooms are comfortable. For me and one other person, it was perfect. We have stayed in the same room both times we have gone to the Lodge, and it really does feel like home away from home. As promised, the beds are incredib

Such a lovely location for visiting downtown. Love walking from the Lodge along Woods Creek trail and heading back into town for a coffee. John is so helpful with planning your day due to his knowledge of the area. Well, after all, he was born in Lexington. After a good night's sleep in such a comfortable room, you are welcomed to a good and filling home-cooked breakfast. Breakfast is a good time to meet other guests and share stories of places to visit and things to do.
