A-1 Restaurant Equipment-Supply came through for us! Our concession stand cooler broke mid-basketball season and we needed a replacement, quick! We needed something affordable, accommodating and specific to our tight space. Nikki took the time to find a perfect match! The delivery team was great too! I highly recommend this company and their all-star team of pros!

I purchased a couple of used bakery cases and an electric oven from A1 and they did a fantastic job with delivery and service. Julie and Nikki were very attentive to my needs and asked a lot of questions to make sure that I was ordering the correct equipment. Also purchased small wares which were at very competitive prices. They made it easy to do business with A1.

I scheduled them to come look at my cooler doors on a Friday. They never showed up, after telling me “they’d be out in my area that day.” When I questioned why they didn’t show up, the lady on the phone said that it was scheduled for Wednesday (I don’t schedule things on Wednesday because of deliveries to my store). Then she backpedalled and said “my notes say I was going to have my driver look at on Friday, but he didn’t have a chance.” So which is it? Wednesday or Friday? Then when I asked to please schedule it for sometime next week, she told me to “take my business elsewhere.” Ok. I’ll gladly throw $8k for a cooler remodel in someone else’s direction. They came highly recommended, but I whole heartedly disagree.
