99 Restaurants

This location is clearly run by the best 99 staff ever. As soon as you walk in, the hostess greeted us with a smile and got us seated. Katie and Josh came to us with the next set of teeth that just made us feel warm and protected. They got cold liquids in our belly and promptly brought out of appetizer! They were very accommodating to our needs. As the meal progressed, my soul got happier!! Enough Gold Fever dipping sauce, hot entrees and the jokes made me do a little dance in my seat. If I find myself in the area and needing a good time, I will return!! Manager came out to check on us and was a ball of light too!! She uno reversed the compliment back to her staff which shows how much she appreciates them!!! Good music.

I was visiting from North Carolina and we went to the 99 for my brother in laws 81st birthday celebration. I had the Country Fried Chicken, very good. It was done to perfection! My brother in law had the Chicken Pot Pie again very good. Would recommend both dishes My sister had the Chicken Parm with ziti, not the best. The sauce was not quite right. The service was excellent, but they only had one wait person and one runner. Understand they were short staffed but our waitress was spot on and kept rotating and moving requests, putting in orders and in general an excellent job.

I have to say the staff at the 99 in Portsmouth was amazing for my son’s 4th birthday dinner!! Everyone went above and beyond! From my initial call with Danielle earlier in the week to give them a heads up that we’d be coming in for our son’s birthday dinner! To my confirmation call with Paula and her telling us how excited they were for us to be coming in. Josh was great as our server and a very special shout out to Mickey who wasn’t even working but was requested so she went out of her way and made a birthday card for our son!!!! Then to top it off the staff sang happy birthday and brought a mega dessert that brighten my son’s eyes and smile to the max!! Thank you all so much!!!

This is the first time I ever ate at a 99 restaurant. I had chicken tenders with fries and cape cod chips and let me tell you the tenders were delicious the fries were hot and tasty! I was quite impressed with my meal. Would definately recommend!

Our waiter Travis was amazing! Very on top on it! Food was delicious!
