7 Brew Coffee

What an interesting concept. This was my first visit, and I see what they're going for, but it's a bit awkward. It's drive-thru only. I pulled up, and was greeted with a "what would you like?" Unless I missed it, there was no menu anywhere. I said, I don't know, is the menu online? And I was advised to google it. So after that I ended up getting a flavored Red Bull and my sister got a coffee. Both were honestly pretty good, but the price was somewhere around $20 for the both after tip, I think (I didn't take a receipt). I like the concept and the output, but maybe next time I need to go in with a better plan to streamline it a bit.

My husband and I stopped by Seven Brew for the first time to give it a try. While ordering, I mentioned that I’m usually a Starbucks girlie, but I was excited to try something new. The ordering process itself was smooth and the person taking the order was pleasant. Unfortunately, when we received our drinks, the customer service from the girl handing out the coffee felt a bit lacking. There was no greeting or “thank you” or “have a nice day,” which made the experience feel a little impersonal. As for the drinks, they were okay but much more milky than coffee-forward, which wasn’t really my preference. Overall, it just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I’m glad we gave it a try, but personally I’ll probably stick with Starbucks.

Kennedy and Jae are always an amazing example of customer service!! Always a smile and so upbeat. They know our order and always make it a point to say hello when we come thru. Our order is correct and quick. Girls, you ROCK 🤘

I love this 7 brew so much! Every time I go it’s a vibe. They always have a great playlist playing while you place your order. The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos! She made me a specialty drink which was an iced chai latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream. That was the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life! I would totally recommend coming to 7 brew in Willoughby there’s no place like it!
