7 Brew Coffee

I have been to this 7 Brew more times in the past couple months than what is probably good for my health and wallet. BUT— it’s okay because they have a TON of sugar free options here and the coffee is always delicious. The staff are always friendly and fun to talk to and willing to give recommendations if you need.

I’ve been driving by this location and there is always a long line so I figured I would give it a try. Honestly, I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Worst latte I’ve ever had. Espresso has 0 taste and just tastes like a cup of steamed milk.

I had a terrible experience here tonight. We ordered 4 drinks 7 minutes before they closed, and the staff made it clear they didn't want us there. The lady was incredibly rude, rushing the order and snapping about how much time was left. I ordered a hot chocolate with banana bread flavor and half sugar. Instead, they gave me a full cup of hot coffee. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee gave me massive attitude, argued with me that I "ordered coffee," and I could literally hear her yelling about it inside. She eventually "remade" it, but it was a total mess—the cup was only half-full, it wasn't the banana bread flavor, and it definitely wasn't half-sugar. LOVE 7Brew! I tell everyone! And the atmosphere is so happy- and workers are always willing to chat! Keep being GREAT! Colonie and Schenectady store! Who else coffee shop knows you by name!!?

It always takes forever here, but yesterday was the worst I have ever experienced… I was in line almost 40 minutes for 1 coffee. Also, once you’re in line you’re stuck there! You can’t pull out to leave. There were only 2 poor girls working there too who were slammed and I felt horrible for - Why don’t they hire enough people or pay well enough for people to run this place properly? It’s always a long wait but how dare they do that to these poor girls who work there / and also to US! The customer, who has to wait in line for 40 minutes? Just boo 👎
