Maya Thai Bistro

Tried out Maya Thai Bistro yesterday & loved the place! Parking right in front of the building, large rooms, friendly staff, quick service. Now for the food- I got the Veggie Curry Puffs & Panang Curry with Tofu (vegetarian). The server was very understanding about the "no meat or fish" issue. She gave me a cup of veggie soup with my curry puffs- very good & hit the spot on a cold day. As for the puffs- they were little clouds of heaven. Best I ever had. So light & flaky. The server said they were homemade- and you can tell. Can't wait to get them again!! My Panang Curry was delicious- I asked for medium spice- and it was def spicy! Enough food for 2 meals. Take out container was high quality. Will def be back! Totally recommend!!

Wow! One of the freshest, most excellent Thai food we’ve ever had. We love to travel, eat new foods and find unique restaurants that are not commercial. Food here was beyond excellent, quick too. We had the crab ragoon, Golden Crispy Chicken and Chicken Madness.

We are glad to have found this place. They are very friendly, the service was great. Most importantly the food was delicious. We got Volcano shrimp, Spicy basil fried rice and Pad si ew. All were flavorful. We'll definitely go back.

Great service and generous portions. We had Pad Thai and Drunken noodles with the fresh rolls as an appetizer… all very fresh and spiced perfectly!
