Paid this lady $20 for a notary stamp on a title and she completely messed the thing up. Had the seller write their information on the buyer lines and now the title is null and void. So now we have to pay for a replacement title and go through the process all over again. Wasn’t even a legitimate work area, just had us go in the kitchen while her grandson sat at the table eating and watching his tablet, while whatever she used to cover the smell of cigarettes up caused us headaches. I wish I could give negative star reviews at this point.
Tried calling for 2 days, goes straight to voicemail. Took a chance because we traveled to buy a car, the posted hours are a lie. Some dude answred the door in pajamas saying it's by appointment, really shady building. Really shady people
