375° Chicken 'n Fries

This is my favorite chicken spot. It’s always fresh and the service is always great! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. I’ve been to all the locations in Manhattan and they are equally as good but this one is my favorite.

Whoever was working on the 9th of July 10th 2025 needs to get fired ASAP. This person was a disgusting human being. I don't normally write reviews on people this way but the public has to know. I ordered my meal rather than give me exactly what I wanted. They did not follow procedure in making my meal. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich which includes pickles in it. When I opened my sandwich I saw the pickles are missing I asked why there are no pickles and the person just Shrugged at me like I had three heads. Hoping I wouldn't notice. As if I wasn't educated enough to know what a Nashville hot sandwich consist of. I had to ask for my pickles. Which is terrible customer service. Decided to try something new for lunch and decided on 375° Chicken ‘n Fries. I ordered their chicken Mac and cheese with the honey garlic sauce combo which came with fries and drink. The location itself is bright and cheerful. Not sure how long this location has been open but it’s neat and very clean The chicken was very tasty unfortunately the Mac and Cheese was underwhelming. The cheese sauce needs a little bit more body and cheesy flavor. The fries were very tasty and most importantly they were crinkle cut fries (joy). I will eat there again and look forward to trying a different item on the menu.

Absolutely delicious chicken ! The chicken portions are huge & the French fries are amazing ! Always enjoy chicken & fries lunch every so often. We're super happy they're so close to our office ! Staff is so nice, the decor is really cool ! The only thing to note.. they should lower the volume of the music. When trying to have a conversation, it's difficult to speak without having everybody hear what you're talking about. Otherwise, no issues & delicious chicken !!!

Paid almost 28 dollars for a slider mini wrap amd raw mac and cheese and it wasn't even mixed properly . Really disappointed
