2 Jefes Tex- Mex

I had a fantastic dinner experience. The atmosphere was bright and lively, with authentic Mexican touches that made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the shrimp tacos – they were perfectly seasoned, fresh and full of flavour. The seafood burrito was another highlight – hearty, filling and filled with fresh ingredients. Every bite was a delight! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a place with Mexican food, atmosphere and good service, definitely worth a visit.

The place was spacious and can cater to large groups. They have a bar area and indoor seating available. Apparently, they also have an outdoor area, which I didn’t notice when we visited. The staff were quick and accommodated us immediately, getting us a seat as soon as we entered the restaurant. We went on a weekday night, so that’s probably why it wasn’t too busy. All the food and drinks we ordered hit the spot, making us feel like we were back in Texas. The food was great, and we will definitely come back again.

Chicken Burrito was amazing, such a good quantity of food for the price. Guacamole and sour cream, very thick. Rice perfectly cooked. Lovely restaurant atmosphere. Free chips and salsa. Server lady was very sweet and ran after me to remind me I forgot my leftovers. I could not try the happy hour drinks but they looked delicious.

We so wanted to like this place. We keep looking for a texted! I ordered fajitas. They came so hot the oil popped and stained my shirt. The table was covered in the oil that popped. I ordered shrimp and chicken. For like 30 bucks. I received 4 slicesof chicken and 3 shrimp. Not the usual texmex quantities. It was so hot that the veggies turned black from char. My hubby ordered enchiladas. 2 of them the corn massa was thick and undercooked to the point he didn't eat it. Not the best experience. We paid 50. We won't return as the price did not line up with the quality.

Good food especially the mango habenero wings. Super spicy but really good!
