Running errands and stuck in Pleasant Hill hunger struck so since I was going to Teso I decided to give this place a try. And I will say everything was delicious! The moment I stepped in I was greeted and sat immediately. All of the staffs were on stand by throughout the entire time so ordering was quick. The place was beautiful and so clean! I ordered the seafood pancake and I love the fact that there is different sizes of it so I don’t feel so overwhelmed with the portions. Also the classic Beef Soondubu. It’s so nice that they have variety of rice choices and noodles if you prefer. The side dishes were all so delicious and fresh too. My eyes did want more items from the menu but I didn’t want to waste food regardless of the fact I could pack it to go. Will be coming back to try t

Jan was amazing! Us girls popped in for lunch today to see what all the reviews were about. We’ve had Korean food before, so we had an idea of what we wanted. Enter Dobu Gongbang. Our server was Jan. She knew the menu well and explained it effortlessly. She was kind, relatable, answered all our questions, was quick & efficient. The food was delicious, authentic, not salty, & left nothing to be desired. I went for a girls’ lunch but I’ll be returning for date night! Absolutely loved this Korean restaurant in Duluth! The food was outstanding. The beef and tofu soup was especially amazing, rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked, nice and soft, which paired so well with every dish. They also had a great selection of appetizers and an impressive variety of soups to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Service was excellent; attentive, friendly, and welcoming without feeling rushed. The ambience inside the restaurant was really pretty and calm, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I literally drove from Nashville to Atlanta just to go to the Korean sauna and eat here 😅 He had been before and loved it, but it was my first time, and WOW. I was honestly shocked that this place wasn’t PACKED, because the food, flavor, and service are next level. From the moment you walk in, the decor is absolutely beautiful. Every little detail feels so intentional and well thought out. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable the whole time. And the food… OMG. SO flavorful. SO good. We had the wraps (kind of like a long mandu) and they were amazing. I ordered the spicy soondubu and loved it, and my husband had the eel, everything was incredible. Have you walked into the wrong restaurant but stayed anyways because of the ambiance of the place? That's what I did. I was supposed to meet my nephew at the Chili Spot but accidentally walked in through the wrong door. I rarely walk into the wrong restaurant but glad I did because this place is so hip and modern.
