Zydeco

Dinner at Zydeco in Hermann was absolutely fabulous as always! My husband had the chicken with red beans and rice, and I had the grilled salmon with a baked potato. The surprise standout was the sweet and spicy corn — truly one of the most unique and delicious sides I’ve ever had. We took the bread pudding and chocolate torte to go to enjoy later, and they were the perfect sweet finish to an amazing meal. Zydeco never disappoints!

Been here twice, each time was perfection. The food is awesome, the place is nice and clean, the service is great. James was my server and he was coolest, super nice, and shout out to his wife (the chef) for doing my girlfriend’s different shrimp request. Definitely going back soon.

Grant greeted us as soon as we walked in. I wanted to sit on the patio but after being out there about 5 min, decided it was too hot. He was very nice and helpful in seating us inside. He was very prompt in taking our orders and serving us. We were there around 2 pm on a Friday and there were 4 tables that he (alone) was taking care of, including being the bartender. The food was delicious and large portions. Would definitely go back!

Birthday party for the memory book! The dinner was every aspect of perfect. The food and service surpassed what I had imagined. All 19 of us including the vegetarians treated to Chef’s special dish agreed. We had boudin balls, plated salads, fish, fried chicken, shrimp, jambalaya casserole, all the delicious sides, red gravy and dessert. All a culinary delight! Chef BJ was accommodating before and during dinner and preformed to perfection. Our group has eaten at Cochon in New Orleans the food and service, I’d say, were better at Zydeco. What more could you want! 5+ Stars Thank you!!

Food was amazing. We tried the boudin balls and fried oysters. The zydeco pasta had a kick but delicious. Red eye gravy and chicken was also a hit. Food portions were big so had leftovers. Service was on the slower side but we were not in a rush after coming from the bourbon festival
