Zip's Drive-In - Mead, WA

I tried to decide which would be quicker, the drive-through or going in. There was probably five or six cars at the drive-through so I decided to go in, but I kept an eye on the cars to see if I could do better by going in. I went in and I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes, my milkshakes came out right away. There was no line to order so I thought it was doing pretty good but then after 20 minutes of waiting for two burgers, I went back up to counter and there was a dark haired girl there, and I just told her I've been waiting for 20 minutes and I'd like to check on the status And she was pretty rude and she said there's nothing I can do about it and I said I'm just checking to see how much longer so she went over to the cook and I heard him say I'm pretty backed up so she came back

Went through drive thru tonight for a quick dinner on a busy family night. Came home with 4 Papa Joes, when I ordered I asked for 1 to have No Lettuce....fam start taking burgers out & they all have No Lettuce :(. No lettuce was for one kiddo, everyone else wanted lettuce-it makes the Burger! Also Ordered a Tub of TOTS & Got Fries that although were warm, were squishy, white, some translucent & way undercooked. Tasted like the freezer my kid said. I didn't eat like that I knew when I seen them. No golden color that normally fills up a bucket of Zips fries/tots :(. Had to put em in the air fryer to get done all the way (see pics-Before & After) after 5 minutes they were crisp & golden tinted. Family was a bit let down tonight cause they love Zips. Went through the drive thru and their speaker system was not working properly and they could not hear our order. For 2 Papa Joe's and a medium fry was $16 without drinks, that's ridiculous. To make things worse there was enough salt on the fries to cover a whole batch. The staff was glum and disinterested and overall it seems this Zips has gone downhill. It seems like some money needs to go back into the facility and employees to boost things up a bit.

I was so disappointed at ZIps I bought a 5.00 ice cream and they didn't even put ice cream in the cone they just layed it on top of the cone . When I tried to call the store there phone number does even work . I would of said something if I went inside but I went into the drive thru and didn't realize until I left.
