Zip's Drive-in

Both our burgers were not made as requested (no mayo). They did however quickly replace one of them. The ice machine was down. The pop machine dispensed warm syrupy pop, lacking fiz. We were the only ones in the dining area at 6:00. Maybe others were already aware of the issues they are having here.

The food was okay and the service was good. The lady was very friendly. The part that I thought they could do better in was how cold it was in there and the smell of propane. When everyone is wearing their winter coats to stay warm maybe they should invest in a different kind of heater.

The food was disappointing all of the fried food tasted like straight fish! We had chicken strips and a chicken sandwich and the breading was gross and tasted like fish and oil. Ordered a kids burger with no pickles opened up the burger and it had pickles. my kid would not touch it! The soda tastes like the soda gun is dirty and my sprite tasted like straight dirt and lime! I’ve eaten at a lot of zips and this was the worst by far!

This happened last summer and I didn't think to leave a review. Ordered the turkey and Swiss sandwich, got home and opened it up and this is what I got. When I took it back, I was told that the ingredients changed, but the menu picture showed it coming on a hoagie roll. Paid like $10 for that thing. Zip's made things right by refunding my whole meal, not just this sandwich. Just check your food before you leave the restaurant. Haven't had Zip's since then, but I hope they are doing better work.

I absolutely love that they offer beyond burgers! My service today was just awesome! As always, Zip’s has the BEST fries and fry sauce in the northwest! There is a decent amount of parking and the inside of the restaurant as well as their restrooms were all very clean!
