come here with my sister literally daily. the full staff is so nice and helpful. they make our drinks really fast and have never made them wrong. lauren is incredible at her job!!

Whoever the owner/District manager of this store is needs to be fired immediately. The staff is amazing and drinks are great but this poor girl closing alone is throwing up constantly. Not only is forcing someone to work when they’re sick a slimy thing to do BUT at a food place? How many safety violations does that break? I know for a fact there is a higher up that can come and cover and just won’t do it. I guess whoever is in charge is just completely incompetent. I would give a million stars for this girl closing though.

Love this place! Delicious breakfast burritos, coffee, smoothies, and gluten free & vegan donuts! We really appreciate the drive-thru and friendly employees on busy work commutes.

Had a strawberry matcha 🍵🍓. It was nice but a little too sweet. Not their fault. I’ll ask for a little different next time. Service was nice and prompt.

I usually love this ziggis and ziggis has been my go to for years. I have been debating on sharing this because I don’t want to come off a certain way. Me and my boyfriend had gone to ziggis a couple weeks ago for national root beer day (Wednesday at 10:30am) and brought some change for a drink (quarters and as someone who has worked in customer service, I know it’s not ideal, but we had the quarters organized and specifically picked clean quarters too). When we got there, my boyfriend handed them the quarters and they responded with “really?” To my boyfriend and then proceeded to shout “is this chill? Is this chill? Is this chill?” Across the store (customers in the store I’m sure heard) to their coworker/potential manager. As they were counting the change, we tried to get their attention
