Best fries outside of Belgium. And best craft beer in Louisville, maybe BoCo, especially if you like Belgian beers and tripels. Pizza is super super solid too. Monday night bluegrass super fun neighborhood thing.

High fives = stars of 25 for 12Degrees Brewing, Louisville, CO. This beer-brimmed chamber of dough arts is the right ventricle of downtown, keeping the heart and spirit of Louisville pulsating with verve, freshness, and locals vibrations. Competent pizza pie makes 12D a possible destination for non-locals. I love the tasteful menu, variety of seating options, faithful sports television in huge projection, the alleyway scenery, and bright but homey decor. When the fish sells out on weekends, it's over, so get it while it's fresh and on order. The menu is one you'll hold in your palm and come to quick decisions due to its simple yet articulated options. This place just gets it right. We locals are in good hands.

Came in here for the first time and had a great time! Nikki was very kind! Can’t wait to come back! (Especially after learning they craft their beers with enzymes to take most of the gluten out!)

A small space in old town Louisville with not much in the way of outside seating. But makes up for that with excellent thin crust pizzas that are more focused on veggie and spice ingredients than heavy meats. Good array of solid beers on tap.

The Belgian style beers were some of the best we've had from a micro brewery! The pizza was tasty too! We had great service from Chris! He gave us great recommendations on the beer and then he gave us some great recommendations of places to go for our trip to Europe.
