Absolutely exceptional! This Mediterranean restaurant exceeded all my expectations. Every dish was vibrant, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. The hummus was incredibly smooth, the grilled meats were perfectly seasoned, and the salads tasted crisp and refreshing. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the service. I can’t wait to come back! highly recommended!

Today my coworkers and I (nurses who work at the hospital) decided to try Zaytouna and we placed a big order for lunch for pickup. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered a variety of meals, and I specifically added a falafel appetizer in addition to my bowl, which was reflected in the confirmation email/receipt. However, upon receiving our food, the falafel was missing, and several other items that we ordered were incorrect or incomplete. When we contacted the restaurant, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The person on the phone said “what do you want us to do?” They then offered to deliver the missing food, but then delivery person (who seemed to be the owner) told us we needed to pay $5 for the falafel, despite it being paid for already.
