Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had an amazing lunch at your restaurant. My and my moms first time here. We came at 212 in the afternoon. The food was exceptionally hot and fresh yay team in the back. Amiah took our order and was a true professional at it. My mom chose the kids grilled cheese meal no problems which was great. I had problems with not knowing what I wanted Amiah suggested boneless wings. I asked what flavors they had. She went through the list I decided on Garlic Parm. After all her hard work I looked up and saw the same list on the menu board. I apologized to her. She said no problem it was jer job tohelp the customers. I worked for taco bell for 30 years. I went thur the dr thur. When I got home they had given me the wrong order. I called the store and talked to the manger. She said she knew it the moment I left. She told me, the next time I came to come in and she would make it right. Today I go in, she wasn't there so I told the girls about what she said. They asked for my receipt of course I didn't have it. They they couldn't do any thing and gave a negative vibe like I was not telling the truth. I ask to see the manager on duty. She said she didn't see the note the other manager said she would leave. She said she would replace the order. Cool no big deal. When the order was ready the girl tossed it on the counter and turn away with out a word. That bothered me. I left then came back in showing her my bank withdrawal and told her I felt

My husband and I come here from time to time and when we do it’s alright. Tonight’s was a disappointment. We ordered a wings and things meal and chicken sandwich meal with 3 cookies. The wings and all of the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. It didn’t taste like anything was fresh. The chicken strips they tasted good. So we were able to eat something. We also did NOT receive the cookies. This is why we normally try not to order cookies because everytime we go. We do not receive them. Now I don’t need you guys responding back saying “sorry for the negative experience. Please go to this website blah blah” because Zaxbys obviously doesn’t listen. Finally decided to try this place after 10 years of staying away. What a disappointment!! The young lady at the register is clueless about customer service much less common manners. No “hello” “hi”…just “for here or to go”! This place is in a small non cultured town. So I forgive her manners. Whoever manages this location needs to be trained properly. Then their greatness will shine through the employees. Get it together! This town is too small for this nonsense

i had ordered a signature sandwich meal and when i got my food the chicken was VERY dry and it was small and Very very crispy almost to a burnt level , and one of workers said it was the last one they had , took it inside to get it remade had to wait around 20 minutes for a new one and when i got the new one the sandwich was drenched in the zax sauce. do NOT come here if you don’t want your food messed up and then messed with because you spoke up.
