Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This specific gentleman was extremely kind and welcoming to me. This particular employee’s name was Will. I have a son who has down syndrome, Will was so accommodating to listen to my son’s needs. He even gave us extra Zac Sauce! Wonderful employee keep him Zaxbys! Handsome young man with a great attitude! i felt right at home! wonderful experience!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding two recent experiences at Zaxby's location, specifically concerning an order placed on November 21, 2025, and a subsequent visit tonight to resolve an issue. On November 21, 2025, I visited your establishment and placed a family order. Given past experiences, I specifically requested that all items be prepared fresh and explicitly stated my willingness to wait for this to occur. After approximately 15 minutes of waiting in the designated area, my order was delivered. Upon arriving home, approximately seven minutes later, I discovered that a significant portion of the order did not meet the requested freshness standards. Specifically, the chicken appeared to be a mix of freshly prepared and older items, and the wings, which I had asked to be fresh

I stopped by Zaxby’s in Watkinsville, GA, and was extremely impressed! The staff was friendly, fast, and professional — they really know how to provide top-notch service. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly what you’d expect from Zaxby’s done right. They also manage their time really well, even during busy hours. Overall, a great experience from start to finish — definitely one of the best Zaxby’s locations around!

Ordered on the app, arrived shortly after opening waited about 10-15 mins while food was being prepped. Picked up food just to figure out on the road that the chicken and fries are cold and hard. We’re traveling through from state to state, didn’t have time to turn around and wait for a fresh cooked batch. Very frustrating that a lot of Zaxbys nowadays mess up simple orders. Maybe they’re having a rough morning today.

Dear Zaxby’s in Watkinsville: if you spill the whole bag of French fry salt on the batch of fries, consider throwing them out and trying again. Also ask yourself before you serve food, “Would I like to eat this?” If the answer is “no,” then maybe don’t serve it. There was more salt in this combined (two Big Zax Snacks) photo of fries than one needs in three months of one’s diet. This was absolutely horrible.
