Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered lunch for the office… no napkins, no straws, no silverware for my salads… they forgot one salad and we had to go back… thanks for extra straws from the other restaurant and napkins from our office… and there was only 3 ppl working in the store during lunch hour… :( booooo!!!!

Well, Zaxby's has become worse than fast food. This was my first post-COVID visit, and it was truly disappointing. The menu has been reduced to a minimal salad choice - regular or Cobb - no blackened, no spicy wing sauce, chicken was old, mostly batter and very little chicken. A pinch of grated cheese, smushed clump of tomatoes, a few fried onions, and toast. Dressing packets are half the size now, and the ranch was thin, so even 2 packets weren't enough. $22 for old crunchy bits. Staff was friendly and service was mostly ok. Restaurant was clean. The tasteless salad 🥗 will not bring me back. Kinda sad that Zaxby's has removed all the "good" food they used to serve. 👎

Amazing place to eat. Friendly service, hot fresh food. I come here multiples times a week. It’s that’s good !

Such great food and the staff were so friendly and helpful. best zaxbys ive been to in a long time, and i eat zaxbys a lot so that should say something. great job !!!!
