Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby’s location has been consistently making delicious, hot and fresh food. My fiancé and I love coming here to get a quick bite for lunch or dinner! The service here is prompt, efficient and friendly. The staff are all kind and have always gotten our orders correct. I usually get their 8-piece boneless chicken in their Wimpy sauce with Ranch to dip, toast and fries. The chicken is always fresh, flavourful and tender, and the ranch is a perfect pairing. My fiancé likes his spice, and usually gets their boneless chicken in their Tongue-Torched sauce also with Ranch dip, toast and fries. His dish has been also consistently excellent! Had the best experience hot fresh food clean environment kid friendly ! Everyone was smiling, cleaning, and laughing. A place to be at I have NEVER had one bad experience since I moved here 2 months ago can’t brag about this place enough !!

Went through drive through the chicken had green fat or something green on the chicken tenders. The Cole slaw was hot and smushy and spilled all over the cold fries and burnt toast. All of it is trash. Will never go back.

Asking for seasoning on fries should NOT be a requirement. Asking for EXTRA seasoning should not be so dramatic! Zaxbys was known for the seasoned fries. At some point, the seasoning has all but disappeared, so I always ask for extra. Drive-thru kid wanted me to be that HE PERSONALLY put extra seasoning on my fries....I know better, and upon inspection, there was barely any on them. Asking for more, yielded barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. The container costs more!¡!!

Maybe a bad day for the cook but the signature sandwiches we got from Zaxby's were ok at best. I'd recommend staying with their club sandwich or nibblers which are usually great when they put enough mayo or sauce.
