Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is good however the toast was cold. We waited almost fifteen minutes to receive our eat-in order. There were three orders ahead of us in line so I don't think they were really that busy unless there was a line at the drive-thru. There was only one register open. Somehow I think drive-thru customers are prioritized as the meter is running on how long a customer sits at the window and they receive a ding from corporate if they exceed the allotted time. The staff is always very polite and friendly.

The best Zaxby’s I have been to in my life! I love the Christmas decorations! The food is always great! They need to fix the Zaxby’s sign that is facing the highway because the lights are blown out. It stands out like a sore thumb against all of the beautiful Christmas lights. I usually don’t get bad food from here, but last night I got a kicken chicken sandwich that was not good. When you guys make a kicken chicken sandwich it needs to be made with crispy chicken tenders. Also, it need an equal amount of ranch and tongue torching sauce. Otherwise it sucks. 9/10/24 What has happened to the size of the tenders? They shrank by half the size.

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard. This fry portion must be a joke? I bought 2 kids meals, as I have for years for my kids & I have never seen such a sad excuse for a portion size in my life. Half of them are overcooked and dry. I think they got 4 “decent” fries out of an almost $7 overpriced meal.

My husband and I visited this location and everything was GREAT! The service, the food as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was a pleasurable experience!
