Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We are from Texas and it was our first time ever trying it so we stopped in Alabama and it was the best service we have ever experienced. They even gave us a discount for our first time and gave our 11 month old baby some candy. 10/10 best service and Most respectful people I’ve ever met at a food place.

$11 House Salad had two dried chicken tenders. Not worth the price. The sweet tea was undrinkable and tasted like pure syrup. Disappointed with the quality.

I got the grilled chicken salad with orange vinegarette. It is amazing. The staff was courteous.

The only reason I order from here is my husband likes the Cobb zalad. The food is just mediocre. And I certainly don't appreciate paying extra for ranch dipping sauce when they will throw whatever they want in the bag.

Why would you offer curbside pickup if I have to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes? Only to come inside and find my order has been sitting on the mobile pick up counter the entire time. The staff and customer service at this location are both despicable. I had no clue that you could be under qualified for a fast food restaurant but you guys keep surprising me.
