I went through the drive up which I have done many, many times in the years we have lived here this past Saturday. I asked for cole slaw. Paige asked which size and I told her any time I wanted large I was told it was only for catering. Talk about confusing. Paige explained to me there is an 8 oz. Size I could get. That's what I wanted but no one ever took time to tell me the difference. So give Paige kudos because she is a gold star employee.
The chicken here was not as fresh as other Zaxby's I have been to and the toast tasted like a sponge. The customer service was up to pare. However, the experience was below the bar in the fast food category.
Ordered sweet and spicy wings and had NO sauce on it. Order two teas and both had ZERO ice in it. Awful place. Don’t recommend.
Chicken not much flavor until the sauce is on the chicken. Fries good flavor. Service-great hospitality..
I always enjoy zaxbys but this time I picked the wrong sandwich. I got the Cajun grilled chicken sandwich it was a nice sized sandwich & definitely juicey but I was not a fan of the flavor(it just didn't taste good to me). The fries and tea were great as usual
