Very humble and extremely nice Lady selling fish in Lillington.. she cleaned the fish very well for us and was very patient in answering all the questions. She even asked if I would be interested in a type of fish she can order.

A true treasure in Lillington a fresh seafood market (not a restaurant) they have been there for 3 years family owned and operated very nice they will even clean and prepare the seafood for you at no extra cost definitely stop by there they're going to be closed the week after Easter but will reopen April 19th. Turn at the crossfit gym entrance and she is in the former motel across from crossfit and directly behind Alicia bail bonds. She has a blue door and sign will be out if she is open!

I found Fish and Beyond about a year and a half ago searching the internet because I was looking for a fresh fish market that was close to my work place and easy to get to in Lillington before going home. I met Mrs Nancy who gives excellent customer service with a welcoming smile and offers her recommendations on trying something new if you’re undecided. I saw Black Bass listed on her board and had never heard of it. She gave me a small piece to cook at home to judge for myself. The fish was meaty, had noticeable bones and was good in taste. My husband and I enjoyed it with the whitings that were purchased that same day. We have added Black Bass to our fish list. Now I am NOT saying samples will be provided when our taste buds are curious, but that day it was in her spirit to do so and I

If you looking to buy fresh fish or seafood this is the place. The place is very clean. I ordered fish and the owner clean her fish no scales left on the fish did an excellent job. Also bought salmon will be going back again to buy more fish and seafood next time. The owner is a very nice show you what you buying before you decide. And the prices wasn't bad at all.

Love that’s it’s family-owned and the woman was really sweet in the phone. It’s disappointing that they don’t do Blue Crabs though. It would be nice to have a “one stop shop” closer than Apex. Maybe one day they will expand their menu options to include them.
