Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered two kids’ meals and four chicken strips from Zaxby’s. Overall, the food was fine — hot, fresh, and about what I expected. The kids enjoyed their meals, and everything seemed prepared well. However, every order was missing the Zax Sauce, which was honestly the main reason I went to Zaxby’s instead of Chick-fil-A. It’s not a huge deal, but a little disappointing since the sauce really makes the meal. Still, everything else was good, and I’d probably go back again — just double-checking for the sauce next time!

Courteous and helpful lady took my order and answered questions about the new Surf and Turf meal. Very clean counter space and saw hands washed before they filled My order.

We have always been pleased with the food we've ordered in the past but were very disappointed in the salads we picked up yesterday. The toppings were fairly normal but there was very little salad in the bowl and what there was was wilted. I don't feel it was worth getting a portion size of a side salad for over $10 each. Also, the bread wasn't what it's been in the past. It was cut in half and mashed flat. Not a good choice for salads in the future.

This location was absolutely the best! Great food, clean dining area and courteous staff. I was well pleased with my experience here and highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great place to eat.
