Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Toast was buttered on both sides, fries and chicken was fresh, well proportioned, seasoned correctly, and I absolutely loved my food. Awesome sauce

Zaxby’s in Jackson, MS was great spot for delicious chicken and flavorful sauces. The food is always hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, especially the chicken tenders and wings. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and fast with orders. Overall, it’s a tasty and reliable place to grab a quick, satisfying meal.

My experience here today was disappointing. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was very professional and provided great customer service, not to mention my food was hot out the grease and tasted amazing.

The General manager at this location is so caring and very welcoming. We come here all the time and she never miss with the fantastic customer service. I just wanted to say thank you so much. We truly had an incredible visit.
