9 times out of 10, I love ❤️ how I can order through the App 📱 and never have to wait on my food!
The manger here was very rude and more worried about there drive time than serving their CUSTOMERS! Someone needs to speak with this manager, there is no need for her to be acting like this and yelling threw the window!
I had a rather large lunch order through mobile app. I’m always a little nervous when ordering Mobile. But this Zaxby’s crushed it. Well done. The 2 ladies (I believe one was the manager) up front were super helpful. The food was ready and waiting and still hot, ahead of the scheduled time. Just wanted to give this Zaxby’s and these ladies 5 stars!!!!
We were in town for a football game and stopped here for an early dinner. Customer service was great, and the food was as well. I’d recommend stopping here for a bite if you’re in town!
Ordered online for pickup and order was on time and hot. Courteous staff
