Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Mobile order. The food was horrible. Shrimp was either over cooked or reheated. And the fried were way undercooked. Definitely check your food before you leave. Would show pictures but I dont know how to add them to my review

I order the Kicking Chicken Sandwich to go. And they put some much kicking sauce on it that the bottom piece of bread was submerged. You could not see it and was to soggy to pick it up. This was supposed to be a sandwich. Paid 10.00 for it. Love the food taste great. But stuff like this is a reason why fast food joints close in Douglas. They don't last. we'll hate the see Zaxby's go down the same path.

Placed an order on door dash and paid almost $20 and received my order in a toast tray with a handful of fries or was this a kiddie meal ??? I ordered the big zax snack and asked for my food to be dipped in hot honey mustard and it wasn’t I guess they feel like because I ordered through door dash they didn’t have to fix my food they way it should have been

I love everything I've tried, but especially their Zalads and Big Zax snacks. I also love that they are friendly and get in the holiday spirit.

Went with my family like I always to and got me and 4 finger plate go big when I got home I low to see a count of like 10 fries and only two fingers and in the plate also asked for a side of extra slaw didn’t get it and asked for light ice and the cup was full of ice and very little soda I called to let them know and got hung up on!!
