Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

So I decided to give Freddy's one more go praying it would be good this time especially since it's veterans Day and I'm a veteran. Well my prayers was not answered this go round. They had watery mayonnaise flooding my over cooked 1/4 of 1/2 inch thick steak burgers a piece of cheese is thicker than the meat and it was crispy but now the piece and a half of raw bacon on this 15 dollar meal was RAW AND CHEWY! EVERY thing was cold and stale. This will be my last review on this place bc I have banned it from my eating list. When they opened it was amazing but now I would rather just be hungry and save my money bc I'm left hungry and out of almost 30 bucks for mine and my spouses dinner. TIP OF THE DAY " DO BETTER!" YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU DO FIND SOMETHING ELSE BUT DIDN'T HALF BUTT YOUR JOB A

This was my second time eating here. The food was great both times I went. The atmosphere was amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to the employees that went above and beyond for a wonderful experience. In the photo you will see a nice elderly lady that from what I could understand had a lunch date that had canceled on her. The employee pictured took her lunch break and sat with the lady and had a genuine conversation with her. It was heartwarming to see. A few others came and joined the conversation all being sweet and welcoming the lady back whenever she wanted to have another lunch date. I will definitely be back not just for the food but the amazing customer service! Continue the great work!

Visited for the first time and chose to try the ice cream. Ordered two of the Oreo double trouble concretes because it said “double the cookies”. Also ordered a banana milkshake. No one was pleased. Took like ten minutes to receive when we were the ONLY car in the drive thru. The Oreo desserts had like 2-3 pieces of cookies total. It was 99% vanilla ice cream with some cookie specs. It was very underwhelming. Husband wasn’t impressed with his milkshake either. Paid over $20 and the sizes were small and had little flavor which didn’t make any of us want to return. The inside looked clean, so I’ll give it an extra star.

Location and employees were nice. Took my family to Freddy's for lunch and the food was very good. Only exceptions were the spicy chicken sandwich had very little sauce and the ice cream for the kid's meal was past its use by date by 1 day but my daughter enjoyed the burger so much she didnt even touch the ice-cream.

First time visit to this location. I've been to Freddy's somewhere else long ago and I wanted to try it again after driving by this one. The menu board had a limited time brisket burger but I didn't see the price on the menu. I ordered it with fries and it was pretty good. I didn't see that it came on a Hawaiian Roll when I ordered it and didn't know it until one of the staff said they were out of Hawaiian Rolls and asked if it was ok to use a regular hamburger bun instead... And I was very happy with the regular bun because I'm not a fan of Hawaiian Rolls. Overall the experience was good and they give a military discount if you have a valid military ID. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
