Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I absolutely love this Zaxby's it is the best one I've ever ate at. Mikhail helped us and he was very nice while we were undecided on what we wanted. He also checked on us to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was also very clean, and it had a nice chill vibe. We will be dining here again.

We stopped at this zaxbys for lunch as we were traveling. The service was great but the chicken was dry and seemed like it had been sitting for awhile along with fries and cold toast. I have eaten at many other zaxbys and this wS way below the standards. Normally they always cook fresh for you.

I placed an order on their app for a salad to pick up at 7pm. I drove 20 miles to pick it up at their Chiefland FL Location. I arrived and my order was not ready on the shelf as I was told on their app it was. The girl behind the counter said no salads here. I asked why my order wasn't canceled and refunded then. She said I don't know. I asked for the manager she came out and said like my employee said we don't have no salads here. I told her I drove 20 miles for a salad I purchased and was told it was ready for pick up. She said oh well. I asked for a refund and my money back since they didn't have my salad. She said sorry we can't refund you and it wasn't their problem. I asked for the general manager or store owners number to contact them. The manager said no I am not gonna g

The store was very clean, they were very busy and still were patient with us. Our food was hot and fresh and came out very fast. They even brought our food to us. We had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Our family stopped at this Zaxby’s location on the way to Winter Park, FL. This was by far the best experience we’ve had! It was very clean, and we were met with friendly smiles. The cashier/server was only 16 and he was so patient with our party of 7! He was very well mannered, respectful, and just a true light. Thank you, Zaxby’s of Chiefland! We can’t wait until our Zaxby’s is done in Perry! And we are thankful to know it will be ran by the same owner. Now we need our very own Mikhail! 🤍
