Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The egg rolls i got tonight we're burnt to a crisp and looked old, the number on the receipt isnt right either so I had to Google it. They were replaced, though, and the rest of my order was good. Thanks for taking care of it.

Finally tried the new location. Service was quick and the atmosphere was ok, modern but you probably should go for to-go or drive thru order on Sunday lunch as it can get too crowded too fast due to a smaller lobby than a typical Zaxby's elsewhere. I got traditional wings and things. The wings and fries are fresh and crispy but not a fan of their chicken fingers. Too salty for my liking just like someone else had commented on here. You gotta dip them in a teriyaki or zax sauce to neutralize the flavor. The strawberry milkshake was good. The overall experience was pleasant but I won't drop $50+ again on meals anytime soon. Hopefully the chicken finger recipe changes for the better.

Ordered boneless wings and fries. The order came up pretty quickly and the fries were hot...score! Only downside, I asked for a knife to cut the boneless wings. She said they don't have them.....what are you to do? Knaw them off the end of a fork or pick them up and get the sauce all over and under your fingernails?? There wasn't even a bone to hold it with. What about people ordering salads? You know they don't cut the salads small enough....just eat a salad with your fingers??

Service was very good and polite, didn't feel rushed. I really liked the "door" drive through instead of the standard window, more personable. For what I paid, feel like I received a lot which is huge these days. Chicken was good and tasty. Received lots of fries and coleslaw as a side.

Placed an order through the app to pick up and take to my parents. They called me soon after to tell me how incredibly overcooked the wings were, describing it as “chicken jerky.” We eat at Zaxbys a lot and it’s just such a shame that we paid like $15 for 10 wings for them to literally be burnt to a crisp and inedible.
