Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Not happy. Stopped there after work to get a salad with chicken. Got home and there's no chicken smh. As long as I waited in line the order should have been correct. If I had the time, I would have taken it back.

My husband ordered the fried chicken salad and there was a live roach in his salad. This is disappointing and disgusting! Please send health inspector to this location immediately.

I got the 5 piece from here and only got 4-tenders. Not even that they gave me extra ranch without contacting me because they didn’t have lite vinegarate. I asked for no ice and still got ice like yall have people spending all this money but they order not even right i wont be ordering from here nomore.

I had a disappointing experience at this Zaxby’s due to a clear food safety issue, but I want to highlight one employee who absolutely did the right thing. Another customer was mistakenly given my order, and instead of remaking it immediately, the employee with red locs acted as if it was acceptable to simply take the food back and hand it to me. That is a serious cross-contamination concern and should never be treated casually. The initial response showed a low level of service and a lack of understanding of basic food safety guidelines. Thankfully, Alexis stepped in and corrected the situation immediately. She clearly stated that the food needed to be re-cooked, explaining that once an order has been in another customer’s possession, it cannot be reused. Her professionalism, awareness

Ordered grill salad. Got more like grilled chicken scraps. The quality of this Zaxbys has gotten very bad. They simply do not care for the quality of food presented. Maybe it’s because it’s at Camp Creek they do not care for their community like other Zaxbys I’ve been too . It shows and it’s bad .
