His pour-overs are on another level: balanced, expressive, and quietly unforgettable. You can taste the care and curiosity in every cup. There’s no ego here, just a genuine love for coffee and for creating something exceptional. Auxiliary is easily one of the best coffee experiences in Atlanta.

This was hands down one of the best pour overs and coffee experiences I’ve had in the states! (Their espresso is exceptional too, I’m just more into black coffee personally.) The staff goes above and beyond to share with you their love and knowledge of coffee, and also make you feel welcome and a part of the community. The owner (Connan) is an absolute gem of a person. Thanks again for the amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!!

Excellent coffee crafted by the same amazing creator of Academy Coffee. My pour over was literally perfect. There’s WiFi and seating if you want to hang for a while, and the playlist is dope as well.

Walking into Auxiliary is like walking into the ultimate coffee speakeasy. When you find the shop, you will be rewarded by attention to drink detail and personalized service that you can’t find in the hundreds of volume-focused cafes across Atlanta. This is a destination-worthy coffee experience, backed by some of the greatest coffee roasters in USA (e.g. Hex) and beyond (e.g. Sorrelina). If you like modern specialty coffee, this is the shop for you (though watch out for the limited hours!).

Excellent coffee with very friendly staff. Lots of space inside the shop, and also some outdoor seating. We live in the neighborhood and stop by often. Very glad to have this awesome shop nearby!
