Greenwood Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I stayed at this charming bed and breakfast in September, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home itself is stunning, nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that’s perfectly situated within walking distance to some of our favorite Atlanta spots, including Ponce City Market and La Fonda. Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with a warm, romantic charm that certainly made it feel like a true retreat. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout, added to the overall sense of comfort and charm. David, the innkeeper, is truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. His hospitality is genuine, and his breakfasts are absolutely phenomenal, easily some of the best we’ve

Belated thank you to David for a wonderful July stay. The unit had everything we needed, and was convenient to all, yet quiet at night. The off-street parking was a big bonus. The A/C units worked great, the kitchen was equipped, and the breakfasts were amazing (David surprised us on several occasions). Although it's a "B&B", it's really a separate, private apartment, but with the host next door. A perfect combination.

My fiancee and I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. The suite was spacious and very well thought out, including numerous outlets, blackout blinds, and a smart thermostat. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to many local attractions, including a nice walking path. Would easily stay here again as well as recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta. David has a great property that you can tell is well maintained.

I’ve stayed twice at Greenwood B&B and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a whole side—completely separate from the host/owner’s part—of a cute, classic, one-story house in my favorite (and former) neighborhood, Virginia Highlands. The location is fantastic, an excellent base for on-foot exploration of intown Atlanta (but you’ll have/want a car—street parking is easy here). The house is clean, comfortable, cute, well-lit and well-stocked; a/c works very well and is under your control; breakfast is included and apparently delicious (I always have plans!). Host David keeps a low profile yet is on-site and fully available and responsive. The whole set-up is fantastic and an excellent value.

Greenwood B&B is nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the Beltline and Ponce City Market. There's plenty of other amenities within walking distance including parks, shops, and the botanical gardens. David was a super accommodating host with excellent breakfast prepared each morning. The bedroom and living area was all very comfortable and perfect for a weekend or weeknight getaway! The small breakfast nook was the perfect spot to hang out and eat or play games while you watch people walk by the quiet neighborhood streets. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet getaway!
